Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Analyst to join the Cadre for a specific tour of duty. This is not a traditional corporate role, but a high-intensity residency requiring a strategic mindset and forensic-level rigor. You will support the Principal’s mandates by architecting advanced financial models and investment frameworks for Private Equity clients and high-growth boards.
Core Mandates
Forensic Modeling & Valuation: Architect advanced valuation frameworks, scenario tools, and forecasting engines to support decisive boardroom action.
Strategic Controllership: Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to ensure institutional continuity during funding rounds or M&A cycles.
Capital Narrative Support: Support the Principal in identifying structural friction and optimizing revenue streams to ensure the organization is definitively investment-ready.
Mandatory Credentials
Professional Qualification: CFA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA (UK) is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in investment banking, PE, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Technical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and forensic financial modeling is a prerequisite.
Specializations: FRM or CVA certifications will be viewed as a significant strategic advantage.
