Client Responsibilities & Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business and financial information required for the consultancy engagement.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to business operations and financial disclosures.
  • Timely communication to ensure smooth project execution and efficient delivery of services.
  • Make timely payments as agreed in the service contract or invoice.
  • Not misuse or misrepresent Verexon Consultancy’s work, reports, financial models, or strategic advice for unethical or illegal activities.
 
Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in termination of services without refund.
 
 

Payment Terms & Fees

  • Pricing & Quotes: Service fees are determined based on the complexity, scope, and duration of the engagement.
  • Invoicing & Payments: All invoices are payable within 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late Payments: Any delayed payments may incur late fees or suspension of services.
  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of consultancy services, payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a contract.
 
Verexon Consultancy reserves the right to adjust pricing, service offerings, and billing terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
 
 

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Verexon Consultancy respects client confidentiality and ensures that all sensitive business information is handled with the highest level of security and discretion.

  • Non-Disclosure: We do not disclose, share, or sell client information to third parties without prior written consent.
  • Secure Data Handling: Any business plans, financial models, or strategic documents shared with us are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
  • Legal Compliance: We adhere to data protection laws, including GDPR (for EU clients) and CCPA (for US clients).
 
Clients are also required to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methodologies, reports, or strategic advice provided by Verexon Consultancy.
 
 

Intellectual Property Rights

All documents, reports, financial models, pitch decks, methodologies, and strategic frameworks developed by Verexon Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

  • We are not liable for any business losses, financial setbacks, or unforeseen circumstances arising from decisions based on our consultancy services.
  • Verexon Consultancy is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by clients.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement.
 
Clients acknowledge that business and financial risks are inherent, and they must conduct independent due diligence when making strategic decisions.
 
 

Termination of Services

Verexon Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
  • Non-payment of invoices.
  • Breach of contractual obligations or unethical conduct.
  • If the client engages in illegal activities that may damage our reputation.
 
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, but fees paid are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for work completed prior to termination.
 
 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Verexon Consultancy aims to provide seamless and professional services while maintaining transparency and fairness in all engagements. In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through open communication and negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation or arbitration, may be considered in accordance with prevailing industry standards.
